There are a range of factors that contribute to our movement patterns from our strength, flexibility and balance, to posture and the careers we have chosen. Along with the sports we play and our basic biomechanics which may have been hampered by injuries we have sustained along the way.
Sharon offers 1-2-1 and group Strength & Conditioning sessions (including Olympic Weight-lifting for athletes), tailored to individual/group needs. Working with all ages and standards from recreational athletes to those on Elite pathways, Sharon enables high performance within your chosen sport(s), through a caring, nurturing and fun approach.
How I get there
Listening to your needs, taking into account injury history & current fitness levels I design a periodised programme based on achieving your goals in a time-line, allowing time for your body to make adaptations in strength and mobility.
